Candy 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist
Candy in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 4 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good 60 ml bottle from a repack
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.05 per 10 ml.
Candy in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long candy tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested candy in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where candy goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.05 per 10 ml.
