Where buyers go wrong with candy in New Caledonia
Candy 100 ml bottle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 17 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run candy the same way in Nouméa: same 100 ml bottle, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 17 units, 100 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a candy 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested candy in a 100 ml bottle
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 17 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where candy goes wrong
- Mixing candy with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.58 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions

On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.58 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.

Not automatically. On candy the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.58 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
