Blueraspberry cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Blueraspberry in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Blueraspberry is allowed to say
Blueraspberry prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.14 per 10 ml.
Blueraspberry sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: blueraspberry in Nouméa works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a blueraspberry cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested blueraspberry in a cartomizer
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where blueraspberry goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.14 per 10 ml.
- Mixing blueraspberry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does blueraspberry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the blueraspberry blend itself harsh.
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.14 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF34 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does blueraspberry in a cartomizer last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
