Blackcurrant refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Blackcurrant in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a refill pack for blackcurrant
Blackcurrant prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.69 per 10 ml.
Blackcurrant sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a blackcurrant refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested blackcurrant in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.69 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why blackcurrant tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does blackcurrant in a refill pack last?
In Nouméa we measured 8 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
