Berry pod kit IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist
Berry in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 5 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Berry is allowed to say
The honest read on berry: 19 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Berry in Nouméa reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long berry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a berry pod kit really costs in Nouméa
Berry pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested berry in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
Where berry goes wrong
- Mixing berry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On berry the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.45 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does berry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the berry blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should berry start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
