Apple pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Apple in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Apple pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A apple pen device from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.35 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long apple tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a apple pen device really costs in Nouméa
Apple in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested apple in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 6 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where apple goes wrong
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On apple the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.35 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does apple in a pen device last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
