Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version

Apple in Nouméa reaches the shelf in nicotine salt bottle formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

A apple nicotine salt bottle from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.3 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.

The short version: apple in Nouméa works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

What a apple nicotine salt bottle really costs in Nouméa

Apple in a nicotine salt bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

How we tested apple in a nicotine salt bottle

1. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
2. Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
3. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.

• Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
• Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
• The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.

Where apple goes wrong

• Buying the cheapest nicotine salt bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why apple tastes flat after two days.
• Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.

The rules that apply here

New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
