Apple nicotine salt bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist — Iqosnewcaledonia
Apple in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 6 weeks, nicotine salt bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with apple in New Caledonia
If you are looking at apple in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the nicotine salt bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A apple nicotine salt bottle from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.13 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: apple in Nouméa works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a apple nicotine salt bottle really costs in Nouméa
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.13 per 10 ml.
How we tested apple in a nicotine salt bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a nicotine salt bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where apple goes wrong
- Mixing apple with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF51 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.13 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a nicotine salt bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here

New Caledonia applies French-style rules with a local import permit. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does apple taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the nicotine salt bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the apple blend itself harsh.
How much does a nicotine salt bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.13 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF51 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should apple start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a nicotine salt bottle.
